These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sortd. By creating an account or using Sortd, you agree to these Terms.
Sortd provides CRM and lead management tools designed to help businesses capture, organize, manage, and follow up with leads.
Features may include lead management, integrations, imports, reporting, follow-up tracking, automation, and other functionality introduced from time to time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You retain ownership of information and content that you or your organization enter, upload, import, or connect to Sortd.
You grant Sortd the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display this information solely for operating and providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of customer and lead information complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You must have the appropriate authority, consent, or other lawful basis required to collect, upload, import, communicate with, and process individuals through Sortd.
Sortd may integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta and other service providers.
Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, permissions, and availability.
We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of functionality provided by third-party platforms.
You may not use Sortd to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
Certain Sortd features may require a paid subscription.
Prices, billing periods, usage limits, and included functionality will be presented when purchasing a plan.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Sortd may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, add, or discontinue features as Sortd develops.
Where a change materially affects paid functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice.
Sortd is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sortd is a software platform and does not guarantee that leads will convert into customers, that follow-ups will result in sales, or that integrations operated by third parties will always remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sortd and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using Sortd at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of violations of these Terms, security concerns, unlawful activity, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Sortd following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
